“Report of a general assembly of neighbors gathered at 309 Laurel Ave. Investigation determines that the appearance of some 40 plastic flamingos posted about the lawn is responsible. Flamingos are arranged in a line holding signs that read “Nothing to see here. Move along.” Cooperative witness reports the resident of address is not at home. She describes arrangement of flamingos as “a new installation.” Also reports that visitors are known to park their cars diagonally in the street and illuminate the “installations” with headlights after dark.
